All reservations are subject to a 10% cancellation fee from 24 hours after the time of booking until the cancellation window closes, at which time the reservation becomes non-refundable and non-changeable.

You must cancel your reservation by 3pm 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival to receive a full refund, less a 10% processing fee.

Reservations cancelled between 14 days and 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

All reservations become non-refundable and non-changeable after the cancellation window closes (by 3pm 7 days prior to arrival).

There will be no adjustments, guarantees, refunds, or rebates for problems or failures beyond our control such as weather, fire, smoke, road conditions, power outages, or any other unavoidable occurrences.

We apply these policies consistently to all reservations in order to treat everyone equally.

We suggest you consider travel insurance if you will need to recoup your reservation fees in the event of a last-minute change after our cancellation windows close. Squaremouth is a travel insurance marketplace where you can easily compare policies that can help protect your trip.

We welcome your furry friends! Up to two dogs are welcome for a fee of $20 per night. We can only accommodate dogs – no cats or other animals.

Please let us know at least 24 hours prior to check-in if you are bringing a dog so we can prepare the cabin appropriately. And like anywhere, you need to keep your dog(s) on leash around the property at all times for the safety of all humans and wildlife.

Dog(s) cannot be left behind if you leave the property, and are not allowed in the pool area due to health regulations.

Check in is 3pm or later; check-out is by 11am, this includes the pool and all communal areas including trails.

While we can’t guarantee an early check-in or late check-out, it doesn’t hurt to ask us and if we can accommodate you we will. 

You are welcome to check in or check out on any day of the week except Saturday. 

We have a two-night minimum for all of our cabins.  Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate one-night stays. 

Each cabin is designed to accommodate up to two adults and isn’t suitable for more than that. 

Sorry, we only allow registered guests on the property.  Please, no outside visitors.

We have a lot of recommendations on our Activities page so check there first. If you are looking for something in particular that you don’t see there, feel free to reach out and we will try to help.

The closest restaurant is about 5 miles away in Garden Valley, and the closest grocery store is 8 miles away in Georgetown, so best to plan ahead and bring food with you.  For specific recommendations on where to eat and drink, please visit our Activities page. 

Unfortunately we cannot allow wood fires due to high fire danger, but we have propane fire pits at each cabin for your use, with propane included. 

Cell service can be spotty, depending on your carrier (Verizon and AT&T are generally okay). We are in a rural area which means our internet service can be slow and/or intermittent at times, but it is generally okay. Just don’t expect to stream several devices at once.

Reverie Retreat is an adults-only retreat, and all guests must be at least 18 years of age. 

Our cabins are designed to be enjoyed comfortably all year round. Each is equipped with a heating & AC unit, heated mattress pads, and heated floors in the bathroom. The property is truly stunning in each season of the year.
